We're so excited to be at the healm of our   amazing coffee shop! Its been a dream to be in such a beautiful spot with such an amazing place to not only call work, but somewhere we love to be social too!

We both have a varied background before    coming here, with myself (Ed) starting my career in various catering and hospitality roles with my claim to fame being the opportunity to wait on her royal highness Princess Anne and meeting a few celebrity chefs whilst training. 

I spent almost 7 years from 2017 building an amazing Florist & Event business, winning awards for my work & business acumen, before taking a leap back into the hospitality trade leading to being chief chatterbox and scone maker here at Betty Berkins.

Dave loves to create your delicious meals at the coffee shop, having come from a support background he delivers the care and compassion we all need in our lives. Dave brings the calm and grounding that Ed sometimes needs and reigns in some of Eds bright ideas too!

Preparing and cooking delicious meals from quality ingredients is Daves passion, creating menus and specials comes natural!
